Maximilian Miller receives CAMDA Fellowship for ISMB/ECCB 2019

The Critical Assessment of Massive Data Analysis (CAMDA) Fellowship supports participation of the CAMDA 2019 Conference in Basel, running in collaboration with ISMB/ECCB. Maximilian will present the mi-faser based approach for the CAMDA Metagenomic Forensics Challenge. This challenge presents thousands of city microbiome profiles in a global context. Main goal here is to generate multi-source microbiome fingerprints and applying those to predict the geographical origin of a set of unknown samples.
