I am currently an undergraduate student at Rutgers University majoring in Statistics-Mathematics. During my freshman year I worked with Professor Buyske to analyze the role that ancestry has on the accuracy of genome wide association studies. Currently I am working with Dr. Miller on a Neural-Network based approach for improved variant effect prediction.
